B. Methodology of Short listing Candidates:

Our Search Consultant conducts rigorous screening and preliminary reference reviews to shortlist candidates based on professional experience and organizational fit.

C. Search Report:

After screening, our Recruitment Consultant presents a detailed search report to the client, categorizing candidates into recommended interviewees and backups, with included resumes.

D. Interviews & Selection:
The final selection process varies depending on the desires of the client. The services we typically provide in the selection process are described briefly below. The Recruitment consultant coordinates the selection process for finalist group of candidates.
